100MTB 31 week Race Plan $260.00 is based on an average 10-15 hours per week commitment with a few weeks of up to 18 hours. Choose this plan if you plan to race a 100 mile mountain bike event. This plan is designed to get you the saddle time needed to race the event for a personal best. Please contact us if you have questions we want to help you choose the plan that’s right for you. 100MTB 31 week Finisher Plan $260.00 is based on an average 6-8 hours per week commitment with a few weeks of 10 hours. Choose this plan if this is your first 100 mile mountain bike event. This plan is designed to get you the saddle time needed to finish the event. Please contact us if you have questions we want to help you choose the plan that’s right for you. Race the Mountain States Cup 2010 Plan $278.00 is based on an average 7-11 hours per week commitment with a few weeks of 14 hours. This plan is designed to get you the saddle time needed to race the MSC for 2010. It includes all the XC/STXC/TT races and has a goal for best performance at the Fall Classic. Designed with flexibility between the categories of racing a mountain bike, this plan fits best for CAT 2 racers, CAT 3 racers may need to reduce some of the training duration and CAT 1/Pro racers will need to increase the training duration. Race the Winter Park Series 2010 Plan $236.00 is based on an average 7-11 hours per week commitment with a few weeks of 14 hours. This plan is designed to get you the saddle time needed to race the Winter Park Series for 2010. It includes all the races and has a goal for best performance at the King of the Rockies. Designed with flexibility between the categories of racing a mountain bike, this plan fits best for CAT 2 racers, CAT 3 racers may need to reduce some of the training duration and CAT 1/Pro racers will need to increase the training duration. Base Phase training 14 weeks under 10 hrs per week $147.00 is based on under 10 hours per week commitment with builds to 10 hours at the end of the plan. Periodization design of this plan is a three week build with a recovery week on week four, including rest days on Monday/Friday. Recovery week has a benchmark test after the rest period to assess improvements in fitness. This plan will work to build current fitness or if you’re just getting started provide a base phase, it includes some higher intensity workouts built in to provide improvement in lactate threshold. Workout intensities are based on zones that can be determined from a field test and or a lactate threshold test. Maintenance Training Plan 18-week for Cyclist $189.00 is based on an average 10 hours per week commitment with builds to 14+ hours at the end of the plan.
